Silverstream School Community Wellbeing

As we head into the new term, there are some great activities here to support wellbeing while learning from home...

Sticking to routines during times of uncertainty is useful for you and your family. If your routine has been shaken up (like you’re now working from home), it’s good to structure your time. Routines are reassuring, and promote health and physical wellbeing.  Consider developing a timetable for your household to adopt and use over the coming weeks. A school holiday version will likely look a little different, but some form of routine will still be important as we go through the lockdown period. It would also be helpful to continue good learning habits through the holiday break, such as daily reading and basic facts.
